When you’re running an online business it’s easy to get lost.
After all, you’re typically running the show (or if you’re lucky you have a partner or some part-time help).
You have this laundry list of to-do and priorities…
Writing emails, building your list, publishing and creating your content, following up with clients and JV opportunities, finishing that course you paid $500 for, webinars, yada, yada, yada.
The problem is knowing where to start.
That’s why I follow advice from a book called The Richest Man In Babylon.
Here’s the gist:
Pay yourself first.
The book talks in the money sense (which is also smart), but this also applies to your time.
So before you start your client work, head into your job, or anything else for that matter – work on you and your business first.
I typically go for a 2 hour business run in the AM where I do things like write the email you’re reading (hola) and work on my business.
Take it or leave it, this is powerful advice.
This also applies to something else:
Most leave this last, after they’ve created their content or course.
But it isn’t too late to get this right.
(although, once you get your marketing done properly – the way I teach – you’ll likely look at current projects and be ready to revamp them)
If you want to sell more (or start, for that matter), then you’ll want to check out Target Market 1.0.
With this live workshop you will:
- Know how to do a “deep dive” into your market’s “ocean” (to pull out content ideas and proven product ideas your audience will pay for)
- Learn a powerful method you can apply in under 5 minutes to train your brain to find ways to grow your business
- Understand what to (and more importantly – what no to) do so that you only spend time on things that advance you and your business
And more – but I’m out of time and space.
For now – peep Target Market 1.0 – and if you’re serious about standing out from the crowd, sign up:
