after what felt like 12 hours on the road I’m back home in my office

(which I’ve dubbed “Studio 49”)

and awaiting dinner to be delivered.

I had a lot of time to think on the drive home while listening to “The Richest Man In Babylon.”

In it, the author,

George S. Clason, tells his “five truths of gold”.

And, well,

I’ve been inspired.

So, here’s what I’ve come up with for “truths of running an online business”:

Truth #1: Never take advice from someone who doesn’t have to deal with the consequences

Truth #2: Teaching is a shortcut to mastery

Truth #3: The moment you have a targeted list is the moment you have a business

Truth #4: Besides an offer, the only two things you need in any market to be successful is trust and respect

Truth #5: Ensure you stay relevant by diversifying your list

^^that last one springs truer than true.

In fact…
